« Well I thought for my stay the waterpark was included which was not i had to pay $64.07 for my kids and me to enjoy the waterpark which it should be included with the stay. I paid over $530 something for the entire time I was there and the room was only $347 only stayed one night with two kids but over paid in my opinion. I think what should say is in big letters so people will know WATERPARK IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY so others dont get confused like me. Stay was great and nice thank you...

« Stayed in room 312. Super clean. Not a fancy place, but very clean, beg was very comfortable and place was quiet. Would definitely stay again. »

« The carpet in our room had a large stain and I believe it could use a deep cleaning. There was only one washcloth in the room when we checked in and I requested four more and only got one. The pool didn’t have any water in it, however, we weren’t planning on using it due to the weather. The Wi-Fi was less than ideal as I switched my phone back to 5G and had better access. All in all I would give them a 2.5 out of 5. »

« The light above the sink only worked when it felt like it. The bathtub was dirty all around the drain. The drain looked a little green. There was a clock but it didn't work. The TV was a ROKU and evidently not hooked up to anything. No phone if I needed a wake up call. When we returned the door would not open...only flashed red...had to find someone to get the door open. There was an ironing board in the bathroom...no iron. No coffee pot. I don't know if I would have used it anyway. The bed...

« Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer. »

« You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep. »

« I wanted to love it...I come to LO all the time and had never heard of this place. The listing showed tons of amenities... However the pictures looked way better than the actual property. Now that being said, it was the beginning of the season so maybe they just havent been able to fix everything yet...but...they were mid construction of something by the bar area...there was no "coffee shop" as the listing said, and no "multiple resterants"...several things it showed in the picture were not...
