« The pool and serving staff in the restaurant and coffee bar were friendly and did a good job. Our room wasn’t cleaned 4 of the 5 days we stayed at the resort. Towels were replaced everyday and trash was emptied. Staff at front desk could have been friendlier and asked how things were going. We liked the quiet location and ate frequently at Gators, next door. Probably would not stay here again. »

« Staff was friendly. We had to clean our room. We showed the manager the dirty rags from where we cleaned. It wasnt terrible just not to our standards. The hotel was also having a Cannabis Event the same weekend we stayed but didnt bother telling us until we checked in. None to happy about that. Just was not happy overall. Mostly the overal cleanliness of the establishment. The hallways, elevators were horrible. Dog poop in the hallway. Too many things to mention. »

« We stayed here after a long 10 hour drive. The front desk gentleman was friendly, and we headed to our room. The hallway carpet to the rooms has definitely seen better days, but we figured let’s check it out. Once getting to the room, we were met with an overbearing smell of damp/musty yuck after pushing open a door that was stuck. The beds however were clean to sleep on,, so we stayed after spraying everything down with our deodorizing spray. Quick change of clothes, and we headed to the pool....

« The hotel was very ran down. The pool was not operational and had algae in it. The room had cockroaches and was filthy. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. I was so unhappy about my stay. I will never stay there again and will alert all my contacts to never ever ever stay there either. »

« We needed a place to stay after a concert, didn’t need to be fancy. This place had what we needed for one night. It’s very small, cannot fit more than two people. »
